If you come directly from the Danish folkeskole year 9 or 10 you must do your first year in Pre-IB. Pre-IB is structured in much the same way as the 1st year of Danish stx, although all the teaching takes place in English, and during the spring semester you will prepare for IB. Once you have finished Pre-IB we will decide whether you can be admitted in IB or if you should continue your studies in stx. Normally, the change to stx will be easy.
IB is a demanding education, both academically and personally, and it is important that you are aware of the fact that all teaching takes place in English. Therefore, it is important to consider the following before you apply:

In April a letter will be sent to you telling you whether you have been accepted or not.
Tuition is free, but as in stx you will be asked to buy dictionaries, calculators and a few other necessary materials.
